The reason it is only $18m MC is that that Doc has not delivered on anything Ann’d over the last 18months and he cashed in $1.2m on his pumps which cost sh’s directly
the bids are being propped to look stronger but the volume is non existent
there might be a trade or two at these levels but long term the model is for one man only to make decent money
