Market manipulation is no small thing!!! And the fine of €160,000 is no small matter either.
With all this negative news now and in the past, TS will have a hard time to negotiate well.

Austria's Financial Market Authority (FMA) announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 160,000.00 on European Lithium Limited as a legal entity by way of accelerated termination of proceedings pursuant to section 22 para 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG) for violations of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR VO (EU) 596/2014) and **promotion blocked** Act 2018 (BörseG 2018) by disseminating information and news that sent false and misleading signals to the market in relation to a financial instrument.
The penalty decision is legally binding
