PA - if it wasn't so out of hand already i would go back and give all of elroy's posts from today a thumbs-up.
something i forgot to include about shorting - i was hoping that legislation would deliver us a system whereby super funds etc who "loaned" shares out to shorters would be required to state in their prospectus that they were that way inclined.
that way they could be given a wide berth by investors who were anti-shorting but more importantly they could shun funds who didn't have the best interests of their investors at heart.
