    My view is those that believe should load up for the coming takeover, the big guys are quick to see the value of paying a premium to own all parts of the whole, with money at almost zero interest, what's the cost to MS to pay a few hundred million for archTIS???? a lot less than the dividends that archTIS would pay in coming years, so buy it, own it, would be their corporate culture.
