And irrespective of whether we see the ' Agreement ' announced today . An agreement which is now gone beyond the 90 days that they the BOD announced to the ASX on 18th March 2021 , we should at least see an update of a TH until we do get an update . Else the uncertainty that this creates around the Share Price as to whether we have an agreement or not - in itself should dictate that the trading in the securities are halted. Otherwise there is the clear risk that there are insiders who know stuff that other shareholders do not.

And lets be serious , the Share Price has been in decline ever since the euphoric pancreatic cancer announcement of 2nd June. So anything less than a TH looks absolutely suss in my opinion and so I will be making the necessary inquiries to the ASX and ASIC if we hear nothing and the SP continues to decline.
