Nightstalker, you have asked the question WHY would GLI want to be involved with IDG - I would think it's pretty simple really - they obviously like the assets but think those assets would be better managed by someone else. Looking at the track record of the current IDG directors versus the nominee directors that GLI have proposed, I think they are on to something. Check out Sandfire!
