It will be quite difficult to raise $4m via retail entitlement when investors can buy from the market below the SPP price.
After hearing all those positive updates from the management in the past few months, seeing a CR on such a low SP pushed investor confidence to an all time low. Many early investors (including HP or myself) may feel themselves mislead, which is quite obvious from the current SP.
The management should start providing fortnightly updates on their operations to increase transparency & gain back investor trust. Now that OBM has an on-site lab (similar to DEG), more frequent updates on exploration results would be much appreciated too.
