it was a strange move by management to raise so much when they were already cashed up, no surpise to see they have crippled the shareprice.
never raise money for the sake of it, if there had to be a plan as to why we would need to spend $17,000,000 in the short term I would be fine with it, but they haven't articulated that.
Looking for forward to the next quarterly:
Q. 'At current spend the company is funded for how many quarters'
A. '35' (or probably something ridiculous like that!)
