ASIC wont do nothing because they would not be able to continue collecting fat fees from WHA/WNX when it goes to the garbage landfill.
Mgmt has obviously messed up somewhere so big and irreversible that the share price is reflecting it.
ill let current shareholders fire off the pot shots as they are still in limbo with this rubbish bag.
