Read all the announcements again buddy....as you are not understanding the deal.
Shell have the 'option' to drill 1 well from memory and from memory the 'spend' for the well is capped at 70 million (someone please correct asap if I am wrong).
If Shell exercise this 'option', Shell aquire 70%, FAR retain 30%....end of story.
Unless of course problems are experienced and the 1 well requires more than 70 mill to complete.
Again, read announcements carefully please.....good education for you and the 1st fundamental step in making any profits in this game.
