Gareth, It should be very easy to address 1.1 in view of the history. To keep advancing TNG can hardly say we will address this and this but not that. However with goodwill ,sensible negotiation and compromise I can still see this getting through as Maxter suggested.
With a world class project,huge international partners and a strong green emphasis coupled with the economic benefits to Darwin particularly and the Territory as a whole how this could not get over the line beggars belief. However with what has come up I would expect the Company to be looking at the feasibility of relocation to another State. Maybe not practical but there must be a plan B imho. The partners must be getting fed up with the unreasonable red tape
