maybe they have a deal already but are just waiting on a site visit and some extra due diligence. Who knows but clearly the big problem here is red tape, not Bruce. Retail investors are suckers for negative views or sentiment and how many are going to hang on until production? My guess is that quite a few have already bailed. They are so easily spooked but it's the game that's played because it's not a level playing field, and as the fundamentals look superb and there is bsically one last hurdle why would everything suddenly seem so negative. To me that's bs. The really big gains are for those who hold long term. IMO.
