the 4c gave both cashflow for 3Q and cash at bank at 31 Mar....pieces of information that the market did not have or would not have been privy to

the investor presentation gave an indication of the integrators, distributors & end users with a lot of the information not previously provided (at least not in the ASX presentations that I have seen over the last few years)

the FY2021 EBITDA guidance of $13-15m represents a doubling of EBITDA if they achieve the top end of guidance

Yes mgmt seem to have issues with their ASX announcements (albeit relatively minor IMO.....perhaps it's because the CFO doubles as a company secretary....I'd rather they save the 150-250k per annum for a couple of clerical errors that don't impact the underlying business).

I'm sure things could have been better, but the markets a lot of the FFS orders have come from (SEA and Latin America) are having covid issues if you have not been aware....it's a little challenging to ask your staff to fly in an install or activate the system when either travel is challenged or staff safety is at stake.

Anyway, you have a gripe with mgmt, turn up to an AGM and make some noise (or write to investor relations).....if you have an issue with the shareprice perhaps you need to be patient. A shareholder that bought last year this time (~18c) has more than doubled their investment.....if you are looking for better returns than that, perhaps AVA is not for you.
