To me this business seems to have great leadership, vision and has been very successful prior to IPO with a global footprint and global revenue, self-funded from profits all of these years with founders as sole owners and still actively involved for the long-term post-IPO, growing organically and acquiring and now has large IPO proceeds to grow more through M&A. And global headquarters locally in Ringwood VIC. Potential structural tailwinds with government incentives for biotech stocks, post-Covid beneficiary given contracts with vaccine manufacturers, and potential disruptive play on the global pathology market - with their alternative blood sampling technology allowing home blood collection. Maybe the next Aussie CSL?
