    We have all seen plenty of articles saying ReRAM is getting hotter and more relevant. For example, from last year: Is ReRAM Ready to Leave the R&D Phase? | EE Times

    What i am seeing from 8tey's latest is that TSMC - THE heavyweight champion of the world..is showing it is ready and able to deliver ReRAM-based products, whether under contract or for their own inventory.

    Looks like a coming together of need and capability..at the right time for 4DS.
