It isn't fear mongering Owl. Some (like myself) are interested to understand why PromarkerD has flopped in all the jurisdictions that it has launched in. The big question is once/if it is "launched" in the US, will it also suffer a similar fate? This along with the fact that Janson did not choose to sign a licence for PromarkerD after the latest validation raises question marks. Why wouldn't they lock in exclusive use of the test now if it was so good? Why aren't we cashflow positive if PromarkerD has launched in other jurisdictions? Why can't Richard tell a timeline for cash flow from the USA? Or at least a timeline for licencing? What is the PromarkerD supply chain? How does it operate? These are simply questions. If Richard isn't providing an answer - its a red flag.
This isnt fear mongering, it is simply employing appropriate risk mitigation. Without risk mitigation, you end up losing a sheet load of cash. It is important to be super critical of any stocks you own, something alot of shareholders lack. They simply look at the "bright side", and ignore any sniff at negative news.
For me personally, If the above questions could be answered satisfactorily, then I would be all in on this.
