    Wouldn't surprise me if the problem is at Cloudflare - just a guess. They are a popular target for denial of service attacks (as they help businesses overcome denial of service attacks) and are a very popular solution with exactly the sort of instos that are showing as down on the downdetector page (including Cloudflare themeselves).
