Do you realise the amount of shares they have in the company?
Why cripple the company, and make those shares worthless, when they could of sold them once AJM resumed trading again, making money off the sale, and still retaining what’s left of loan?
Just saying, you must look at different scenarios and outcomes, not just what you feel is obvious.
