OK @classicinvestor let me break it down nice and simple for you so you can understand.
I will stick to the facts:
- I don't like 'echo chambers'. I enjoy engaging with people who disagree with me on a stock (perhaps with the exception of autistic insurance brokers) as it helps me test my investment thesis. I am not trying to dilute any discussion.
- I agree that joining HC anytime is your independent decision, and like you say, you've probably been a shareholder for ages. I have only held Respiri since March, so I'm sure you know more about the company than I do. I was simply pointing out that I am always a bit wary of brand-new HC accounts. That's the only reason I looked at your post history. I'm not trying to make it personal, we are all just strangers on the internet, trying to make money. Good luck to all of us.
- If we were to judge the Respiri management team only by the share price performance, then the last three months have been abysmal. No one can argue with that, if we're solely judging things by the SP.
- I am not here to make excuses for Respiri. Nobody can put a positive spin on a SP that has sunk from 0.17c down to 0.07c in such a short time.
- Up until the latest 'Trading Update' I had put down the poor SP performance due to: a) the lack of sales revenue because of supply issues, as well as b) the general "sell in May and go away" sell-off in micro caps that often happens prior to EOFY.
- However I was disappointed that the Trading Update noted a further 6-month delay in the Wheezo execution, and appeared to lay most of the blame of Covid-19 shutdowns. I am still making up my mind on this point.
- When I have had questions about the company I have emailed Marjan Mikel directly, and both times I got responses within one hour. I suggest you email any questions you have to him as well.
- I am genuinely interested to hear what concerns you have discovered with your research, once you have verified it. You seem to think I was trying to stop you posting that information. That is completely incorrect. I have no reason to try to stop you sharing that information. If it's true, then we should all know about it and be able to make informed decisions.
- The ADR takeover deal was done very poorly, in my opinion. It shook my faith in Respiri management.
- I am very disappointed that you refuse to retract any of your inaccurate comments about me. We should be able to have a civil, adult conversation on HC without name calling or conspiracy theories (about me being RSH management, or trying to moderate discussion). That kind of behaviour completely undermines the forum - although, ironically, that's what you are accusing me of doing.
I hope this makes my position crystal-clear, and you no longer misunderstand where I am coming from.
