How do you know they are flouting the rules? The ASX may just not be issuing them but may be in possession of them and are awaiting further evidence before issuing. A possible assumption, as is yours.
As to the directors, the accountant still works for the accountants, he is just no longer a director.
The company secretary resigned from the board, he is still the company secretary.
So no loss of accountants or ASX governance expert, so not quite sure what point you are trying to make besides pushing an unsubstantiated opinion.
