And lets be serious , the Share Price has been in decline ever since the euphoric pancreatic cancer announcement of 2nd June. So anything less than a TH looks absolutely suss in my opinion and so I will be making the necessary inquiries to the ASX and ASIC if we hear nothing and the SP continues to decline.

Go back and read the announcement in March and take note of the following

"Expected to be signed within 90 days" word to take note of there is EXPECTED

With the great results announced, I wouldnt be surprised if ATX are the ones driving a harder bargain and therefore delaying completion of the agreement

Just imo
