I have a feeling REA will have a go at PEXA when it hits the ASX
they have snapped up Mortgage choice, it their strategy to be in the full properties cycle
Listing, Lending and Settlement.
REA market cap 22bn, say it can do a knocked out bid of 30% when listed bring PEXA to around 4bn mark
that about 1/5 of REA market cap, it doable and they have the power, they can even do scrip offer and most people will be happy with it as REA is an awesome business.
