You have raised a few questions I put down on paper this afternoon, actually I had a number of questions very similar to your own, I thought I would play devils advocate in this case and present negative scenarios to the forum, you have beaten me to it.

But one question I did ask was if this resource was in Tasmania, for example, I am sure this project would have a JV partner by now, so my concern or question was…is Cameroon and the location too hard for potential investors. When one considers the size of this resource you would think companies would be knocking down the doors of Sundance Resources to get in. We have heard ad hoc comments about some pretty big companies, but!

Another question was how long will the Government of Cameroon continue their patience before they start putting on the pressure for something to start, they are no different to us in a way, they want this monster resource up and running to production, it’s income for them. So do we have security? Is the sovereign risk a concern for JV partners, you see.. when you look at this there are problems and this company can’t go it alone.

Remember I am playing devils advocate so don’t jump down my throat, please. With all due respect to George Jones, why is it he is to remain a non-ex dir of GBG and not SDL, is there a future problem looming?

I won’t go on but the news coming from the company is pretty scant, I think over the last 7 months there have only been 3 or 4 announcements that were good news re the resource, a resource size upgrade, an airborne geophysical survey, a few rocks samples from Nabeba, the Kribi Port (Cam Iron) development, a few road shows, but not a lot more. Wescott provides far more information, some of a speculative nature than Sundance the company.

The available cash on hand is big concern, when will it run out? From reading on HC the end of this year, then what? This company is in a difficult position & extremely vulnerable if nothing happens in the near future, I mentioned in another thread my thoughts about Sundance being taken over, I am still hold this opinion .

Although I am playing the devil here, I honestly am starting to believe things are not all that rosy, I am happy to eat my words if wrong and say so on this forum.
