If Tv2 were unable or unwilling to comply with, or breaks a listing rule, the ASX at anytime may remove us from the official list, which they haven’t!
This reinforces my opinion that the company continues to work towards resolving corporate issues with the ASX with a view to Tv2 relisting - I look forward to the appointment of 2 directors shortly.
