Thanks I'm trying to keep everyone informed on progress as are our comrades , I've said it before , I've crunched the numbers on cost savings to a standard conventional build of 180 m2 to wall plate and come up with a estimate of 20 -30 k savings!!

Are you really for real!!!
So, have FBR given you a m2 price on cost on blockwork to compare??
Do you realize window frames have to be fixed after and not installed already conventionally??
Do you realize, blockwork must be scaffolded and rendered externally and lined internally??
Where are you getting numbers from? 20 to 30 k savings just for blockwork upto top plate heigh for 180m2!! A conventionally built cavity brick home including bricks sand and cement, and scaffolding would be lucky to cost 30k.

Stop telling porkies mate!! People are smarter then that!
