Any one who is backing FPL after reading this announcement is a day dreamer.
They've released an A4 bit of paper with what they want their shareholders to hear for now. read between the lines. They're going to court. How much money are they going to spend in court trying to get out of paying some invoices.
What happens if they lose the court case?
