If the shares reach 3.5 cents & are in the money, I'd expect their realisation will flood the number of shares on issue & will need some very positive announcements to justify the price holding?, if converted at 3.5 cents, it will at least cover management salaries for a time.
Then again, TEG may just pull a rabbit out of the hat in their own right & GAS may be kicking goals well prior to the two year conversion point!?
It's difficult to estimate TEGs intrinsic value at present!?
