Mate , I've posted the wording of the announcement that many times when no one else had ......so I don't reckon I need to go back and read it.

And in the English language ' Expected ' means regarded as Likely and Anticipated....and NOT 'maybe ' or we ' might ' depending on total speculation of further negotiations. And like I said , contractually 90 days means 90 days ....else why would you state that in an official ASX announcement in the first place. In that case why not make it 120 days or just generally like on or around the end of the financial year or the start of the new one.

If what you are suggesting is true , then they ought to update shareholders indicating that they are still in the process of ' Negotiating ' as you say......
