I will be keeping an eye out on the share prices of both stocks right around the corner of the merger and delisting of CPH and issuance of new TRIP shares. There may be an easy arbitrage play at hand for a quick buck. Will have to take into consideration international brokerage costs however and exchange rates but could be worth it if the price discrepancy is significant at the time of the swap.
