    I stated once before in previous post that it is my opinion that RDB would have preferred to drill more optimally for the Upper Ismay (rather than the Pinkerton and Leadville) hence his enthusiasm to move straight to production testing on upper zones in PB#2..

    The issue was that a certain depth needed to be reached to satisfy the JV agreement with Eclipse Exploration
