This adds a whole new meaning to “dumb Polacks”.

Apart from their engineering and development resources now falling well behind better funded and equipped satellite companies, the value placed on this non cash ‘contribution’ is literally ‘priceless’!

But hey…… Nice work on managing to scam some extra bucks for sweet FA. Clearly the rorting continues unabated.
