    Donthat, basically there's nothing to worry about. The closing price at 4.10pm is the official closing price and the one that matters. What happens later is that there is an out-of-market period when the institutions are allowed to shuffle shares - in the case of LNC, what's known as a "Portfolio Special Crossing" - but it's irrelevant in terms of the closing price.
