With due respect how can anyone put a value on a block that has produced no commercial gas and is most likely not to?

GDN's focus appears to be, as you eluded to some time ago, dealing with its JV parners rights under the JV Agreement. I haven't read that agreement but you appear to have.

If this well has been a process of settling commercial goals of the Board then where have shareholders stood in the process? Long term 'believers" have been taken for a ride - continuously.

GDN management has glorified itself with blind quesses and commercial stumbling with both Para 1# and Para 2#. This stock is becomming worthless - not bcause of its asset backing but because of the inept and apparently untrustworthy management and proof, almost on a daily basis, that they can't get any better.
