I'm not convinced our CEO is the right person for the job given his record. Others have a different view but as I've said I'm not so sure. The broom needs to be applied across the board. Those with technical experience need to stay and be incentivised to get on with the job.
Money's tight so options would play a big part in incentivising a new management team. At current levels of $0.002 per share, cash and options (mostly) could be attractive. 50M options to each senior exec might do the trick.
It's a simple but effective model.
