what this all about edf then?, page-5

I havent used an online translator since i got interested in Mauritius - but here goes anyway.

Take this for what it is - cryptic at best - but i still found it interesting:

I found this recent 11/7/09 article about Reunion Island which must be wrong because it says the Prime Minister of France, Francois Fillon, has just given DCNS money to help develop Ocean thermal technology on Reunion Island and that he has given EDF 3million Euros to help develop CETO there as well!!

Most interestingly, but sadly in the most cryptic part of the translation of all, it also seems to suggest that DNCS will be "chief of technical work" on the CETO site.

If this funding and DCNS link at Reunion Isalnd is true (and i'm not suggesting it is!) - why the hell dont we know about it??!
