brryh, Lisa Bohlmann's paper in Dec 2018 was the first antibiotic paper about PBT2. Before it was published Queensland had applied a patent for PBT2 as an antibiotic molecule most likely in April 2018. This application came public 1 year after it was applied and then later the application was approved and made worldwide by new applications according to the worldwide patent agreements. So Queensland made all this patent work and before Prana had any knowledge of PBT2 as an antibiotic.
The agreement between Queensland and ATH stopped the fight about who really owns the molecule Prana had developed also in this new possible purpose as an antibiotic molecule.
If I remember this right it was "hand set" and "Pierre" who had found news about PBT2 in Feb 2019 and they posted this news on this board. After that, I found Bolmann's paper and I did send that to Prana. 1 year later in April, the patent application of Queensland was found and we informed that also to Prana, but Prana was all the time silent until the beginning of 2020 and in Dec they told us that they now have the patent for PBT2 and they will have some income which they share with Queensland according to the agreement signed.
