I get all that about VM and the cloud and the bullish view of the same by the Meta CTO.

It is a great opportunity for Meta.

NOR provides an App which sits OTT of the Meta/Microsoft solution. As the CTO said VM is a cot-centre. So which telco wants to add to these costs or pass them on to customers by having an App? Meta can migrate telco's VM to the cloud and the end user is none the wiser. The Spark project gives insights into the end-user demand for a VM App.... even when it is free.

NOR needs Meta; Meta does not need NOR to succeed in the cloud space.
