    polpak,

What I think you are missing, is the fact that the institutions and large current holders, don't want their holdings diluted even further than what they are, and have been forced to now. Just the same as us. Especially when they can see that there is no immediate need for doing it now, when the market sentiment is up and better than what it has been.

Another Capital Raising could very well be on the card. BUT, WHY NOT DOING IT WHEN THE SP IS WELL ABOVE OF WHAT IT SITS NOW, AND DEFINITELY A LOT BETTER THAN THE $1.10 ??

All this extra shares issue is only continuing to transfer shareholders wealth to some greedy bugger out there. UBS is one of them. They are trying to make up the lost grounds that they have lost during the GFC you know.? And what better way to do it is there, than with AIO.??

Plus, as I made a mention of previously in another post, these institutins and fund managers, of late, have been using certain associations and groups of people who specialize in the research of the companies out there, and pay them (the specilaists) a fee to receive and mostly implement their recommendations.

So, if what I assume is correct, there could be serious obstacles in the way of AIO getting the third resolution through.

    My thoughts, anyway.

    Buddy
