    Please understand I don't know much but can someone explain to me why on the pre-open someone is selling shares at $1.12 when the offer is $1.15?

    I don't understand why someone would do that? They only want to offload 2000 shares but why sell them 3 cents under the market price?

    I know the answer is probably simply but I just don't know it.
