i suggest you actually read through Au's posts properly to get a better understanding to what he is saying as it appears you are clueless to what goes on.
This is how traders get the price that they want to buy/sell at.
who do you think is buying and selling all day - Long term holders ? lol
spend a day watching the trades paying close attention to the swings and why, you'll see what MrAu means.
