IMO better to use stock codes as per original thread in the Feedback forum.
One big advantage is it allows people to filter out all the INEVITABLE ramping on spec stocks by simply putting the code on ignore.
It also serves as an easy reference point for ST trading discussion and graphs on any stock code.
