No not good warnie, its never a good day when we hear of such things...My thoughts go out to you...

Mental illness affects 1 in 3 people on the planet in one way or another and in most cases depression is the symptom of the underlying affliction...

Studies show that 1 in 3 americans are depressed and are vey lucky because having a "Shrink" over there isnt seen as a "weak" thing...

sadly, there are a lot of people out there who have families - friends - confidants - but are unable to share their thoughts and feelings with them - and feel absoloutely alone because of the illness...

signs of mental illness (and i will call it that because any depressive feelings is actually a chemical imbalance - whether caused by unforseen circumstances or biochemical - food - air - allergys) - take time to fix by professionals - i mean you dont go to a mate to fix a broken arm - you see a doctor....And without putting a plaster on that arm - it gets worse - festers - etc....

Mental illness if untreated is hazardous to your health - just like a broken arm....

sadly, a lot of people dont realise that their brain can get sick but also is just as easily fixed....

hope this view doesnt offend too many...

    Have a tolerable day...

    regards..
