Thanks Scherobi, If Norman's shares are not escrowed, I believe that would be a breach of the continuous disclosure requirements as well as misleading at the least. It would certainly explain the large qty of shares that regularly get drip fed to the market keeping the SP on or around the 2.9 - 3.2c mark. I'll contact the company and let you know if i get a response.
