I hold people accountable for what they are accountable for. You're what's known as a "i dont read or listen to what the company says and chuck a fit based on whatever" investor. It was stated that agreement should be completed by mid year plus a month approx (fyi that's end of july if you're not so good with math) If you missed that, its coz you didnt listen, not anyone else's fault.
