How can you claim you are an expert in the industry and not see this for the lark it is?
It's one pile out of around 50 or so. How exactly are they going to get quantifiable data from this 'trial'? "Oh, the building didn't fall down in the 20 years it's been standing, that 1 pile made all the difference." They obviously got a discount on the normal concrete to include the pile so Wagner can pretend EFC is in use. 16 yrs and still trying.
CDoT pays for EdenCrete to stabilise rockfaces above it's roads based on field-tested data. Imagine comparing that to a cherry picked useless showcase like this?
