Hey Ians, Imo I'm very confident that its not fastracking Karoo at this stage. In all honesty I can only see Lance funding any serious progress with Karoo.
South Australia ???? maybe dont know about that one either.
My guess is that the comment came after he moved on to the corporate side of things, so I'm guessing what ever it is, it may have something to do with another alliance of some sort. Gets the mind thinking doesn't it!! Its certainly got me thinking on something in particular to do with the sector, investment wise that is.
But its all guessing at this stage, so I'm not about to share my thoughts yet.
