With very little money in the bank and nearly 2 billion shares on issue, this dog stock is not going anywhere fast it seems.
can someone please explain why the share register is out of control and why shareholders are being diluted to nothing?
another CR soon and more dilution on the way?
guess this is common in penny dreadfuls.
