    Yes Greenknight - good thought. I do agree with you.

    I guess that GBM must be coming up against some real hard deadlines to pay the creditors the subsidiary that is in administration.

    Deals are hard to get, and they'd have done the best deal they can, in this market where desperate companies are lucky to be deal takers.

    And yep I agree we'd all rather have a diluted part of something than a lot more of nothing.

    Under the old paradigm, and assuming all else was OK, I originally had the prospective conservative value of this company at $60 million, on achieving reliable production. Then there is still a lot of upside as operations and resource is proven. I think this is all still well achievable.

    At that kind of market cap, the diluted share price may be around 15 cents per share. This means most of us could get an ability to get 75% of our money back.

    So I am a lot less unhappy and have changed my sentiment accordingly.

    Now let's see if they can close it.
