Hi Odds & Evans, I wasn't around at the IPO so can't comment on how the companies strategy was sold, but as Dalts66 has indicated it does appear to have been in the prospectus.
From the point of view of looking at further applications, I'm not sure it would effect Chimeric's focus in getting the Glioblastema through phase 1 and hopefully quickly after into a phase 2 trial. The trial is being run by the investigator who will ultimately report their findings back to Chimeric. Presumably any other trials whether they be pre-clinical or clinical would be run by a different investigator.
Unless I'm missing something which of-course is always possible.
