However, the current FPO shares increase by 323,393,624 on 31 July 2009 giving a total of 1,940,331,746

So, the right to take up the entitlement is not transferable/tradeable, but the issued 323,393,624 shares @ .004 become tradeable from Dispatch Date 31 July 2009.

In 2 weeks CFR's SP might see some rapid changes come Friday 31 July 2009. Still I'm holding for the next announcement.
